We are currently looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and his leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to become the right hand to the CEO of a fast-growing RegTech scale-up, working at the heart of financial services. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
CEO Support & Prioritisation
- Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO, ensuring their time is optimally allocated.
- Proactively manage a highly complex and ever-changing calendar across multiple time zones.
- Anticipate needs, prepare briefing materials, and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for internal and external engagements.
Strategic Coordination
- Partner with the leadership team to ensure smooth execution of company priorities.
- Attend key meetings, capture actions, and follow up to ensure accountability and progress.
- Coordinate board meetings, investor relations, and VC ecosystem engagements, including the preparation of decks, reports, and briefing notes.
Operational Excellence
- Manage international travel arrangements and logistics with precision and foresight.
- Oversee the CEO’s personal and professional life seamlessly, ensuring smooth integration of work and home priorities.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, judgment, and absolute confidentiality.
External Representation
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, investors, and partners.
- Act as an ambassador for the CEO and the company, ensuring communications and interactions are professional, timely, and aligned with our values.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience & Expertise
- Significant experience supporting C-Suite executives in high-growth, dynamic environments.
- Proven background in Financial Services, FinTech, or experience engaging with the Venture Capital/ Private Equity ecosystem strongly preferred.
- Track record of managing both professional and personal responsibilities for a senior leader with discretion and efficiency.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft correspondence and prepare materials with polish and precision.
- Highly proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

- Tech-savvy and comfortable with productivity tools.
